Membership

The Monroe Amateur Radio Club is always looking for new members- amateur radio operators, and non-amateur radio operators alike. Our club has been growing, and we want the club to continue to grow.

Our club does host testing sessions for people who wish to test for their amateur radio license. To inquire on testing, follow the Amateur Radio Testing link!

You may also stop by a club meeting to inquire about club membership. We are always looking for new members, and if you have any questions please contact us.

We have monthly club meetings on the fourth Monday of each month at the Monroe County Rescue Squad, located at 200 Carson St. Madisonville, TN. The meetings begin at 7 pm. In addition to our business meeting, we have a training session with some pretty interesting activities, and snack and drinks. Please feel free to stop on by.

The club also has a weekly club net on Tuesday nights, at 7 pm. The net is broadcast on the following repeaters:

145.250 MHz , 100.0 Hz tone , negative offset (linked to the 145.270 MHz repeater)
145.270 MHz , 127.3 Hz tone , negative offset (linked to the 145.250 MHz repeater)
444.775 MHz , 94.8 Hz tone , positive offset (linked to the 145.250 MHz)
