The Monroe Amateur Radio Club will be hosting a Star Party on Cherohala Skyway (State Hwy 165), in Tellico Plains at the Turkey Creek pull off. It is located 16.1 miles north from Tellico Plains. It is the first pull off on the righthand side, past Indian Boundary pull off. If you are traveling from North Carolina, this pull off is 8.4 miles south of the Tennessee/North Carolina State line.
